Red Chapter Clothing ships orders within the United States by the US Postal Service, which takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are located in the US. Your order usually ships within 1-7 business days after you receive a confirmation email from Red Chapter stating that we have received your order. Red Chapter Clothing will not ship to PO boxes. For security purposes, we can only ship to your credit card’s billing address. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday, unless that Monday happens to be a holiday. Red Chapter Clothing charges sales tax on orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders outside of California are responsible for obeying state and local tax laws.
Red Chapter Clothing ships to the United States, Australia, England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Orders shipped outside of the US are shipped by USPS Global Priority. Depending on your location outside of the US, delivery times will vary. However, most orders should arrive within 21 days after they have been shipped. All payments are made in US Dollars, and will automatically be converted into your country’s currency upon payment processing. The order total does not include customs duties or applicable international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-Unites States taxes or import duties which may be assessed by the local governing body. Please review your country’s import and taxation policies before placing an order.
Red Chapter Clothing does not accept items back for refunds – only exchanges. There are 3 reasons why we will accept an exchange:
-The item is the wrong size
-We shipped you the wrong item
-We shipped you a defective item
*If you fall under one of these three categories, Red Chapter Clothing must still authorize all exchanges
To receive authorization for an exchange, please contact our customer service department by using the Contact Us form on the Contact page at www.RedChapterClothing.com. After we have reviewed your message, we will then issue you a Returned Merchandise Authorization number also called an RMA number. Using your RMA#, we will exchange your item for the correct item. All items must be returned in a new, unwashed and unworn condition with all original tags still attached. Please also include the original invoice with your RMA# written at the top. Also on the original invoice, please specify your reason for returning the product.
If we shipped you a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item in order to qualify for an exchange. If you do not provide us with proper notification within the allotted timeframe, we will not authorize your exchange.
Once we have issued you a Returned Merchandise Authorization, you must then ship the item(s) to us within the allotted timeframe (14 business days) or the RMA# will expire, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs on exchanges unless we made a processing error. If we do make an error, we will refund your shipping costs up to $9.99 USD.
When you ship the item back, please pack the item in the original box in which it was shipped to you if it is available. Insure the package for the full value of the item and send it back to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include the original invoice (a photocopy or printout is ok) and the RMA#.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Once we have received and processed your exchange, we will notify you via email.
